A. We use the phone number to confirm with the accommodation that they can receive your luggage.
Q5. Can you deliver sports equipment or large items?
A. Yes. Ski equipment, golf bags, musical instruments, bicycles, and other items that can fit in a light truck can be delivered.
Q6. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Payment is made through secure online payment using Square. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
Q7. How will I receive the payment link?
A. We will send a secure Square payment link to your email address after you receive the quote.
Q8. Is the Square payment page available in English?
A. The Square payment page may appear in Japanese, but the payment process is simple and major credit cards are supported.
Q9. How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A. Please make your reservation at least 2 days in advance to confirm availability.
Q10. Will you come to pick up my luggage before the reservation is confirmed?
A. No. Pickup will only be arranged after the reservation is confirmed.
Q11. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations are allowed until the day before the scheduled pickup. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount.
