A. Delivery is available to accommodations with a front desk reception. If someone is available to receive your luggage at the destination, we may also be able to deliver to an Airbnb, private apartment, or other location. Please contact us before booking.

A. No. Our rates are based on distance, not the number of suitcases. As long as all items fit within the vehicle’s cargo space, there is no extra charge for additional luggage, shopping bags, or souvenirs. This makes our service especially convenient for families and groups traveling with multiple bags.

A. Yes. We do not have a physical counter and operate 24 hours a day. Even if airport delivery counters are closed due to an early morning or late-night arrival, our driver can meet you at the airport and collect your luggage directly.

A. If the owner-driver is unavailable due to scheduling, a trusted Akabou member driver will be arranged. Although each driver is based in a different area, your transportation fee will not change depending on which driver is assigned. We do not charge any additional dispatch or repositioning fees based on the driver’s location.

A. Yes. We must confirm that you have a valid reservation.

A. No. Delivery is only possible to hotels with a confirmed reservation.

A. We use the phone number to confirm with the accommodation that they can receive your luggage.

A. Yes. We can transport ski equipment, golf bags, musical instruments, bicycles, and other items that fit within our vehicle’s cargo space.

A. Payment is made through secure online payment using Square. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

A. We will send a secure Square payment link to your email address after you receive the quote.

A. The Square payment page may be displayed in Japanese. We recommend using Apple Pay or Google Pay for the payment process, as this eliminates the need to enter detailed information.

A. Please make your reservation at least 2 days in advance to confirm availability.

A. No. Pickup will only be arranged after the reservation is confirmed.

A. Cancellations are allowed until the day before the scheduled pickup. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount.
If your flight is unable to arrive due to bad weather or an airline-related issue, we will issue a full refund.
